Snehi Matrimonial is a Division of Snehi Samaj, Bhubaneswar was founded by Lt.Dinabandhu Sahoo.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

• To develop social and cultural relations, exchange ideas, spread brotherhood and mutual cooperation among all SNEHI individual and their families who have come from different parts of the state/country and settled in Bhubaneswar or are in employment in Bhubaneswar.
• To arrange help and mass support for the uplift of the  weaker section of the society.
• To arrange scholarships /financial support for the poor and meritorious students to peruse higher studies and also to arrange vocational  training for the educated and unemployed youths.

• To help to encourage establishment of cottage or small industries for self employment of unemployed youth. SNEHI SAMAJ also finances establishment/revival of industries
• To endeavor  to do away with the Dowry system and other superstitious beliefs prevailing in the society.
• To encourage inter-state marriages in order to strengthen the national unity.
• To arrange relief and help during natural calamity like flood and cyclone
• To arrange program and training for development of Art, Culture, Music, Drama, sports, Athletics etc. Also try for betterment of cultural activities through the publication brought out by the organization
